YTF shall be an association characterized by respect, security and inclusion.
Ethical guidelines
The members, elected representatives and employees of the Norwegian Workers' Traffic Association shall treat each other with respect and kindness.
We shall avoid any form of backbiting, harassment, bullying or other behavior towards others that may be perceived as degrading or threatening. No discrimination on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity or religious belief shall take place.
