Y.S. and YTF has agreed with Spekter in the initial central negotiations in this year's wage settlement. The result provides a general increase of NOK 12,675 per year from April 1, 2026 for the members who are included, and forms the basis for further local negotiations in the companies.

Before YTF It was important to reach a settlement in line with the frontline profession. That is now in place.

This is the first part of the settlement. For many of our members, it is the local negotiations in the businesses that will determine the final outcome.

Before YTF Kristine Martinsen, negotiator, and Frank Christensen, chief shop steward at Vy, participated in the negotiations. The result applies YTF -members in Spekter businesses in our areas, and are now being taken further into the local negotiations in the businesses.

An important starting point for local negotiations

The central settlement in Spekter sets the framework for what will now happen in the businesses. YTF is satisfied that a general supplement has been agreed for everyone, and that it has been established that the overall result should be in line with the frontline profession.

This means that the settlement provides an important economic boost already now, while also providing a clear basis for further negotiations locally.

This is the result so far

In the initial key negotiations, it is agreed that:

In addition, the parties agree to attempt to agree on a new AFP scheme in the 2027 collective bargaining agreement, which will then be included in the Part A negotiations in Spekter in 2027.

Negotiations are now continuing in the businesses

Although a central agreement has now been reached, the entire settlement is not complete. The next step is local negotiations in the companies.

For YTF's areas, the deadline for Part B negotiations is set for May 13 at 3:00 PM .

It is in these negotiations that the final outcome for many members will be decided. Therefore, shop stewards and local negotiators will be crucial in the coming weeks.

This applies to Spekter employees in YTF

The settlement includes members in Spekter businesses where YTF has members on the Postal Agreement, the Tram Agreement and the Road Transport Agreement, which have now had initial central negotiations.
