Negotiation leader for the Norwegian Industrial Traffic Association Siri Dannevig is satisfied with the results of the settlement on the Crane Agreement. – For us, the most important thing was that crane operators should receive a good financial settlement. We achieved this with an additional payment of NOK 10.50. In addition, we have ensured that the rotation supplement is adjusted annually in line with the basic salary, says Dannevig.

Economy

General salary supplement
A general supplement of NOK 7 per hour will be given to everyone from June 1, 2024.

Industry supplement
An industry supplement of NOK 3.50 per hour will be given to everyone from June 1, 2024.

Skilled worker supplement
The skilled worker supplement will be increased by NOK 4.00 per hour from June 1, 2024.

The rotation allowance is converted from kroner to a percentage. This means that the allowance is adjusted upwards by the base salary each year.
