Governance documents

Yrkestrafikkforbundet is a democratically governed organization. Our governing documents define who we are, how we work, and the goals and values ​​that underpin our policies. The documents are adopted by the national assembly and form the framework for the professional and organizational work of the entire association.

Statutes

YTF's statutes were adopted at the union's 19th ordinary national meeting in 2025. The statutes describe the structure of the organization, the rights and obligations of members and elected representatives, and the guidelines for employees and bodies in YTF shall follow.

Political program and strategy

At the national meeting in Molde in 2025, it was decided YTF its governing documents for the coming period. The political program clarifies which transport and employment policy goals YTF will work towards, while the strategy document describes how the organization will work to achieve these goals.

The documents are an important tool for elected representatives and employees, and provide direction for everything from advocacy and member follow-up to organizational development.
