Governance documents

Here you will find YTF's statutes, political program and strategic priorities. The documents show how the association is governed and what direction the members have decided.

The Norwegian Federation of Occupational Traffic Associations is a democratically governed organization. Our governing documents define who we are, how we work, and the goals and values that underpin our policies. The documents are adopted by the national assembly and form the framework for the professional and organizational work of the entire federation.

Here you will find the statutes, political program and strategic priorities that apply to the current national convention period.

Statutes

YTF's statutes were adopted at the union's 19th ordinary national meeting in 2025. The statutes describe the structure of the organization, the rights and obligations of members and elected representatives, and the guidelines that employees and bodies in YTF must follow.

Political program and strategy

At the national meeting in Molde in 2025, YTF adopted its governing documents for the coming period. The political program clarifies which transport policy and employment policy goals YTF will work towards, while the strategy document describes how the organization will work to achieve these goals.

The documents are an important tool for elected representatives and employees, and provide direction for everything from advocacy and member follow-up to organizational development.
