Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply to purchases in the Norwegian Occupational Safety and Health Association's online store.

These terms and conditions of sale refer to Yrkestrafikkforbundet seam YTF .

2. Who can shop in the online store?

YTF's online store is open to everyone.

Members and union representatives may receive discounts on certain products. Certain products may also be reserved for members. If a product requires membership, you must log in to confirm your membership before you can purchase the product.

3. Products

In the online store sells YTF including promotional articles, useful products for members, effects, books, course products and materials.

The product information in the online store describes the item, price and any terms and conditions that apply to the individual product.

For courses, events or digital products, separate terms and conditions may apply. In such cases, such terms and conditions must be clearly stated when ordering.

4. Prices and shipping

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner and include VAT.

Shipping is additional, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs 29 kroner for orders under 1000 kroner. For purchases over 1000 kroner, shipping is free.

The total price, including shipping, is displayed before you complete your order.

5. Payment

You can pay with Visa, BankAxept, Mastercard or Vipps.

Payment by card and Vipps is deducted immediately when the order is placed.

Departments and union representatives can order by invoice to their department. The invoice is normally sent within one month.

6. Order confirmation

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please review your order confirmation when you receive it. If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact YTF as soon as possible at ytf .

7. Delivery

The goods are sent packaged by Posten, Bring or another suitable delivery method. YTF chooses the delivery method based on what is most practical for the address the item is to be sent to.

Normal delivery time is 4 to 7 days.

YTF only ships goods to addresses in Norway.

If delivery is delayed, we will contact you if we become aware of the delay.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping in YTF's online store.

The cancellation period starts the day after you receive the item. If you have ordered multiple items that are delivered separately, the period starts the day after you receive the last item.

You do not need to give any reason to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must provide YTF clear message within the deadline. You can send an email to ytf or call us at 40 60 37 00.

You can use the standard return form. It is not mandatory, but it can make the return easier. The return form can be downloaded here .

9. Return in case of cancellation

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notified us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

YTF pays the return shipping when using the right of withdrawal.

The item must be packaged properly. You can examine the item in the same way as you would in a store. If the item has been used or handled more than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item, YTF assess whether the value of the goods has been reduced.

10. Change

YTF offers size or product exchange.

If you wish to exchange, please contact us at ytf or telephone 40 60 37 00. Please state your order number, which item you wish to exchange, and what you wish to exchange for.

11. Refund

In case of return or approved complaint, you pay YTF refund the amount within 14 days.

Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, YTF Wait with the refund until we have received the returned item, or until you have documented that the item has been sent back.

12. Complaints about errors or defects

If there is a defect or shortage in the item, you can file a complaint.

Contact us YTF as soon as possible after you discover the error. You can call us on 40 60 37 00 or send an email to post@ ytf .no .

Describe the error as clearly as possible. Please attach a picture if possible.

Complaints are processed in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Purchase Act. If the complaint is justified, YTF provide a solution. This could be, for example, a correction, a new product, a price reduction or a refund.

If you have any questions, would like to complain or think something is wrong with your order, please first contact us. YTF .

If the matter is not resolved through contact with YTF , you can take the matter to the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation.

14. Privacy

YTF processes personal data that is necessary to complete the order, deliver the goods, handle payment, process returns, exchanges, complaints and other customer contact.

Personal data is processed in accordance with YTF's privacy policy .

15. Changes to the terms of sale

YTF may update the Terms of Sale as necessary. The Terms of Sale in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
