As a member of YTF, you are entitled to legal assistance after you have been a member for 2 months.
Our lawyers provide employment law assistance in, for example:
- dismissal and dismissal cases
- Driver's license confiscation and road traffic cases (not if it involves alcohol or speeding)
- privacy and security
- monetary claims (missing wages and overtime)
- downsizing
- contracts
To receive legal assistance, the membership fee must have been paid, and the case must have occurred after the quarantine period has ended. The quarantine period does not apply to apprentices, or members who register to transfer from another workers' organization where the person has been a member for more than two months.
