A trade certificate is proof that you have the necessary competence and skills required in the profession. At the same time, you receive an increased annual salary, which gives you more in pension when that day comes. As a bus driver, you can receive an increased basic salary of NOK 27,000 per year (full-time position), before overtime and other supplements are included. Note: You are not guaranteed a trade certificate supplement if you work in a company without a collective agreement.

If you have 4-5 years of work experience, you can get a certificate through the internship candidate scheme.
