What do shop stewards mean for the workplace and the trade union movement? How do we get more colleagues involved in the community? And what role do we have in the transport sector's preparedness?
The role of the elected representative and preparedness are the main topics, with Jonas Bals and Rolf Vestvik, among others, on the program. You will get to know better YTF , get practical advice on communication and recruitment and hear how other shop stewards build support in the workplace.
Between the posts, there will be time for good conversations and new acquaintances - and to ask the questions you have.
The conference will take place on November 24-25 at the Scandic Holmenkollen Park Hotel in Oslo.
Limited places – who gets priority?
We want more people to experience the community in YTF beyond their own workplace. Therefore, we prioritize new union representatives and union representatives who have not yet had the opportunity to attend YTF's national meeting or representative council meeting .
The conference has 50 places . Other union representatives are also welcome to register, and will be given a place if capacity allows. You do not need extensive experience to participate – this is a meeting place to learn, ask questions and become more confident in your role.
Registration deadline October 11th.
