YTF Official – Annual meeting and professional day

The sun is shining in large parts of the country, the flowers are sprouting and a new year is well underway. This means it is time to start registering for the 2026 annual meeting and trade day for salaried employees, which will be held in beautiful Tromsø from October 4-5.

This year's theme will be preparedness , and we have planned a very exciting professional day with several speakers, witnesses from the Second World War and a tour of the Defence Museum. There are limited places with hotel accommodation and flights, and members who were not at the annual meeting in 2025 will be given priority and are recommended to apply for a place, but anyone can of course apply. This is a good opportunity for professional enrichment, networking and socializing, especially for new members and those who have not previously had the opportunity to participate.

The deadline for responses to the application is 31.05.2026 and you will receive confirmation of your availability on June 5. The program will be sent out closer to the annual meeting.

We hope that many people will want to participate and we know it will be an exciting event in a city that many have not had the pleasure of experiencing before.
