Shop steward course Level 2 in YTF : Become a better shop steward

Yrkestrafikkforbundet invites you to a course, Level 2, in the training of shop stewards .

Step 2 is a course for those who have completed step 1, or who have good experience as a shop steward.

Here you will gain more knowledge about how to use the main agreement, collective agreements and legislation in your position. This course is very useful for those who want to develop as a shop steward.

In this course you will gain knowledge and practical experience in negotiations. Here you will learn how to both prepare for and conduct negotiations.

The course is the second part of YTF's training course for shop stewards. YTF offers training in Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3 .
