YTF , Negotia and Parat entered the negotiations demanding a comprehensive life-cycle policy. The unions want to strengthen rights in the event of illness and leave, ensure better opportunities for home office, invest more in competence and facilitate the possibility for more people to stay in work longer.

They also demand access to salary information before local wage negotiations, regardless of organizational affiliation. The goal is to ensure real and fair wage negotiations in the workplace.
