On September 3rd and 4th, the Norwegian Industrial Traffic Federation's 21 female union representatives gathered for this year's Women's Conference in Bergen. This became an important arena for learning, exchange of experiences and networking.

Over the two days, the topics were varied and relevant. Participants gained insight into, among other things, how to handle difficult situations, harassment in the workplace, and legal issues related to the role of shop steward. In addition, diversity and inclusion in the workplace were highlighted as key elements for strengthening community and well-being in the transport sector.
The gathering provided space for discussion, personal reflection, and strengthened community among women in the industry. Everyone returned home with new perspectives and an expanded network, better equipped to meet everyday challenges.
