Agreement in the Corporate Agreement in Social Enterprises

Here are the main points from the agreement:

Financial supplements

The financial framework for the agreement follows the frontline profession. From May 1, 2024, the following additions will be introduced:

• Unskilled workers receive a general supplement of NOK 19,400.

• Skilled workers receive a general supplement of NOK 20,200.

• Skilled workers with a vocational school degree receive a general supplement of NOK 21,200.

• Managers and others without a guaranteed salary will receive a general increase of 3.6% of the base salary as of April 30, 2024.

In addition, the minimum wage rate will be increased by NOK 2,000 for those with a guaranteed wage. Those who currently have the minimum wage will receive this in addition to the general supplements.

Local negotiations

A pot of 1.0% has been set aside for local negotiations, effective from September 1, 2024. This allows for further adjustments based on local conditions.

Skills development

Employees shall be granted leave with pay and coverage of expenses for necessary skills development if the company believes it is necessary to improve their skills. This is important to ensure that employees have the knowledge required to do their jobs well.
