– The result is a good starting point for the negotiations that will now be carried out in the companies. We expect the parties to agree locally on solid wage increases, so that our members are assured of real wage growth in this year's settlement, says Trond Ellefsen, negotiation leader for YS Spekter. The initial central negotiations between YS Spekter and Spekter concern the wage settlement for approximately 14,000 members in the YS unions Delta, Finansforbundet, Parat, Negotia, STAFO and Yrkestafrikkforbundet.

Here, the parties have now agreed on general additions and key guidelines, as well as deadlines for conducting negotiations in the individual businesses.

The final wage increases in Spekter companies are agreed in local negotiations within the companies, in so-called B-negotiations.

The party-composed "Committee for Cooperation, Integration and Competence" is tasked with highlighting the development trends and the importance of the introduction of artificial intelligence for businesses and employees, and how to facilitate good processes between the local parties.

Remote work/home office: Agreement that pay and working conditions shall be discussed with the shop stewards also in connection with remote work/home office.
