Bus negotiations 2024 are underway

Today the bus negotiations started, and Yrkestrafikkforbundet demands real wage growth and better working conditions for members of the Bus Industry Agreement (BBA).

Wednesday, April 17 at 12:00 noon marked the start of negotiations on the Bus Industry Agreement. Yrkestrafikkforbundet will, together with the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions, the Norwegian Railways Association and the Norwegian Trade Union Confederation, negotiate their demands with NHO Transport and Spekter in the next few days.

We will work to ensure real wage growth and increased minimum wage rates for our members. In addition, we demand improvements related to split shifts and inconvenient working hours, says negotiation leader for the BBA agreement, Marius Træland. – Our goal is to improve pay and working conditions in the bus industry, and we will not give up until we get real improvements to the agreement, Træland concludes.

Negotiations on the Bus Industry Agreement (BBA) are scheduled for 17-19 April 2024.
