Head of Negotiations in YTF Linda Jæger presented the demands to NHO Transport and SPEKTER – Vy Buss AS.

The demands concerned the Bus Industry Agreement, the Bus Industry Agreement Vy and the Civil Servants Agreement in Vy. In addition, the employer side submitted its demands.

In the Bus Industry Agreement (BBA), demands were made on both economics and technical provisions. Negotiator Linda Jæger presented the demands on behalf of YTF .

– Wages are clearly an important demand for us this year. This applies to both a wage increase for everyone and an increase in the minimum wage rates in the agreements. In addition, we have several other demands regarding both economics and technical provisions. Among other things, we are demanding changes to the so-called “10-minute provision” and that the safety check should be part of ordinary working hours, states Jæger.

The negotiations at BBA take place on April 21-22.
