YTF's national conference is underway

On Friday, September 3, YTF's 18th annual national meeting began at Scandic Nidelven in Trondheim. More than 150 delegates, guests and employees are gathered until Sunday to decide how YTF will work in the years to come.

The National Assembly opened with a song by Axel Frønes, greetings from the Mayor of Trondheim Rita Ottervik and an opening speech by Jim Klungnes.

This was followed by a panel debate on road safety with members of the Transport Committee in the Storting, Sverre Myrli (AP) and Nils Aage Jegstad (H).

Over the next few days, the national convention will, among other things, adopt a political platform, statements, amendments to the statutes, a strategic plan, and hold elections.
