The result means that members of the Crane Agreement and the Wholesale Agreement will receive a general increase of NOK 2.25 per hour.
Members of the Office Agreement receive a general increase of NOK 0.50 per hour. In addition, there will be a rate increase at steps 1-3 with NOK 2, step 4 with NOK 3 and step 5 with NOK 5.
The above-mentioned additions take effect from April 1, 2021.
In addition, an additional NOK 0.60 per hour is set aside for the Wholesale Agreement for competence-enhancing measures. These will take effect from 1 July 2021. By this date, statutes and guidelines will be drawn up.
